AB33 Terms and Conditions – Our Platform Usage Guidelines

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of ab33.bar and all related services, including the gaming platform, mobile app, deposit and withdrawal facilities, and promotional and VIP programmes.

By registering an account, making a deposit, accessing the Game Lobby, or simply browsing the ab33 website, you are deemed to have fully accepted and agreed to all terms contained in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please cease using the platform immediately.

Ab33 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Account Eligibility

To register and use the ab33 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• At least 18 years old or the minimum age required by the laws of your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• Not residing in a territory or country that prohibits or restricts online gambling activities.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• Registering under your own name and not on behalf of a third party.
• Never previously banned or suspended by ab33.

Ab33 reserves the right to request proof of identity and age at any time through the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Documents that may be requested include copies of your identity card, passport, or other valid official documents. Accounts that fail to complete the KYC process within the specified timeframe may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

3 Registration & Account Management

Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at any one time. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, IP addresses, or devices — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without compensation.

Registration Information

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. False or misleading information may result in your account being terminated and your funds forfeited. ab33 is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate registration information provided by the player.

Password Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your login credentials. We recommend using a strong, unique password and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for added protection. Never share your password with anyone. ab33 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence.

Account Verification (KYC)

All accounts must undergo identity verification before the first withdrawal is processed. Our KYC process is fully integrated and designed to ensure the safety of all players and to comply with anti-money laundering requirements. Required documents will be requested exclusively through our official customer support channels.

4 Deposit & Fund Withdrawal

• Withdrawals may only be made to the same account or payment method used for the original deposit.
• Full KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal is processed.

• Withdrawals involving bonuses are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the Bonus & Promotions section.
• Any suspicious withdrawal attempt or one that conflicts with these terms may be placed on hold pending investigation.

5 Bonus, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

Ab33 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward our new and loyal players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions set for each respective promotion.

General Bonus Terms

• All bonuses must be used within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses will be automatically forfeited.
• Each bonus has its own wagering (rollover) requirement that must be met before a withdrawal can be made.
• Using more than one account to obtain bonuses is prohibited and may result in all related bonuses and wins being voided.
• Ab33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion without prior notice.
• The welcome bonus is only available to new players making their first deposit. Only one welcome bonus claim is permitted per new player.

Wagering Requirement (Rollover)

The wagering requirement refers to the total amount you must wager before bonus funds can be converted into withdrawable cash. For example, a RM100 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must place a total of RM2,000 in bets before a withdrawal is permitted.

6 Game Rules & Results

All games available on the ab33 platform are operated by internationally licensed providers and use independently audited Random Number Generators (RNG). The result of every game round is final and cannot be disputed once completed.

• In the event of a technical disruption during a game, ab33 will use server data to determine the valid result.
• Wins obtained through system vulnerabilities, software bugs, or technical errors are invalid and may be voided.
• Ab33 reserves the right to void any game rounds affected by serious technical disruptions and return the original wagers to the players.
• The minimum and maximum betting limits for each game are as displayed within the respective game interface.
• Any dispute relating to game results must be submitted to our support team within 24 hours after the relevant game has ended.

7 Prohibited Conduct

To ensure a safe and fair gaming environment for all players, the following are strictly prohibited on the ab33 platform:

• Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tools to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Colluding or conspiring with other players to manipulate game outcomes (collusion).
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities, bugs, or pricing errors with the intent to gain unauthorized advantages.
• Engaging in money laundering or any suspicious financial activity through the platform.
• Using another person's credit card or payment method without authorisation.
• Spreading false information, defaming, or damaging the reputation of ab33 or other players.
• Creating multiple accounts to obtain bonuses or evade restrictions.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Ab33 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time for the following reasons, without prior notice:

• Violation of any provision within these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the stipulated timeframe.
• Requests from competent authorities.
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

Voluntary Closure

Players may request to close their own account at any time by contacting the ab33 customer support team. Any valid remaining balance will be returned to the player once the verification process is complete, subject to applicable bonus wagering requirements.

9 Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

The ab33 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we continuously strive to ensure the platform operates smoothly, ab33 makes no absolute guarantee that the service will always be free from interruptions, errors, or downtime.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ab33 shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of the platform.
• Financial losses resulting from legitimate game outcomes or odds fluctuations.
• Service disruptions due to scheduled or unscheduled system maintenance.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence.
• Losses arising from changes in laws or regulations affecting service availability.

10 Terms Amendments & Applicable Law

Ab33 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to players via a notice on the website or by email; however, it remains your responsibility to review this document periodically.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where ab33 is registered. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute will be referred to arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction.

11 Responsible Gaming
